I feel extremely honored and blessed to have been given the opportunity to join Dr. Spitz and Dr. Winn and the amazing staff at Smiles in Motion. I grew up in southern Wisconsin on a mint farm where I have always enjoyed the small towns. My husband, Chris, was born and raised in Chippewa Falls and we have always thought it would be great to come back to this area to start our own family and careers.

 

My husband and I enjoy everything about the outdoors including running, biking, camping, hunting and fishing, all which the Chippewa Valley offers. Growing up I participated in my county and state fairs showing horses and cattle. I hope to have animals again someday and look forward to exploring more of the Chippewa area horseback riding.

 

In high school, I began working at a pediatric dental office as a dental assistant. This experience, along with my mom being a dental hygienist, piqued my interest in pediatric dentistry. It was there that I realized how much I enjoyed working with children and I am grateful to have been given that opportunity. Throughout dental school I had amazing faculty who helped shape my passion. I take pride in helping my patients and their parents feel comfortable and welcome in the dental setting.
